About the Speaker

Pr. Peralta is the Associate Director for the General Conference Junior department. He will lead thousands of Adventurers, Pathfinders and Master Guide clubs around the world. He was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Theology from the Antillean Adventist University in Puerto Rico. While studying at Antillean, he was actively involved in ministry serving as campus ministries and evangelism coordinator, as well as assistant pastor at the Mayaguez III church.

After completing his undergraduate studies, he enrolled at Andrews University where he earned his Masters of Divinity. While enrolled at Andrews, he simultaneously served as the youth pastor for Maranatha Spanish and Grand Rapids Central Spanish Seventh-day Adventist churches in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Upon completing his master’s degree, Pastor Peralta answered a call to join the Greater New York Conference church region, where he served for ten years, first as a district pastor, and then as a Youth Ministries Director. While serving in New York, he earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Andrews University in Teamwork and Urban Youth Ministry. His last assignment was as Youth Ministries Director for the Atlantic Union Conference, which spans six US states and the island of Bermuda.
